Shanghai Huazheng Special Boiler Manufacture Co., Ltd. (formerly known as
Shanghai Huazheng Heat Energy Equipment Co., Ltd.) is a well-known boiler
manufacturer in China since 1996, which is specialized in all kinds of
industrial boilers and covers nearly 30% of the market share in the field of
compact boilers in China.
We own a modern factory, the floor space of which is 10£¬000 m2. The number of
staff in the factory is over 70 including six professional senior engineers, one
retired nuclear military engineer and one Japanese technical advisor.
Here are the standards and facilities we have.
1. Certifications approved
We passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification in 2003 and gained T¨¹v
technology certification for 300kg/h diesel/gas fired steam generator in 2008,
which was sold to Germany. We're the first company to pass the two
certifications in compact boiler field of China.
2. Convenience to do international trade
We have foreign trade rights verified by Shanghai Municipal Government Foreign
Economic Relations & Trade Commission.
3. Quality assured
We have a strict quality control system for each product by means of making some
spare parts by ourselves such as circuit boards, furnaces, water tanks and so
on. Although it increases costs, we believe it is one of the best ways to
improve quality since we can assure the quality in-house.
Apart from that, we purchase good spare parts and accessories for our products,
which have a good fame in China.
3. Patents
We have 13 patents for design. You may see a lot of products from different
companies in China, which look very much alike our boilers and cost you less
money. But the similar appearance doesn¡¯t mean the same performance.
4. Improving overseas after-sale service
Each device is tested by strict X-ray inspection and hydro test before
ex-factory.
Technical documentations, professional advice and supervision (on spot) are
provided after ex-factory. We are responsible for any defect, which will be
rectified free of charge.
All the spare parts are provided at ex-factory price cost.
